Wordbrook

Terms of Service

Effective 26 August 2026

These terms govern your use of Wordbrook, a word search game for Android. Installing or playing the game means you accept them. If you do not, please uninstall the app.

Your licence to use Wordbrook

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Wordbrook on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not sell, rent, sublicence, or redistribute the app.

What you may not do

Coins and virtual items

Wordbrook contains coins and other in-game items. These are a feature of the game, not property:

Wordbrook contains no in-app purchases. You will never be asked to pay for anything inside the game.

Advertising

Wordbrook is free and funded by advertisements served through Google AdMob. Some ads are shown between puzzles; others are optional videos you choose to watch in exchange for coins. Rewards for optional videos are granted only when the video is watched to completion. We do not control which specific advertisements are shown and are not responsible for their content or for anything advertisers do.

How advertising affects your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Your data

Your progress, settings, and coin balance are stored only on your device. We provide no backup, no synchronisation between devices, and no way to recover this data if it is lost. Uninstalling the app deletes it permanently.

Updates and availability

We may release updates that change, add, or remove features, and we may stop supporting or distributing Wordbrook at any time. We do not guarantee the app will be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors.

No warranty

Wordbrook is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You use the app at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, or virtual items, arising from your use of Wordbrook. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law permits.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Ending your use

You may stop using Wordbrook at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate your licence if you materially breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law rules. This does not deprive you of the protections of mandatory consumer law where you live.

Changes to these terms

Updated terms will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the revised terms.
